Users Group, Advisory Board and Annual Conference
An active and vital part of Design Data’s success, the SDS/2 Users Group connects all our customers to the development staff. The resulting cooperative relationship solidifies SDS/2 as an application developed from within the industry.
The Users Group annually elects an advisory board to interface with Design Data staff on behalf of customers around the world. Advisory board members travel to Lincoln to discuss future development and enhancements.
Each year, Design Data hosts the annual SDS/2 Users Group Conference. This two-day event is primarily a learning opportunity. Activities include training on very specific topics determined by the Users Group, the unveiling of new enhancements, award presentations and other events. Both Design Data employees and SDS/2 customers present innovative SDS/2 techniques, encouraging users to employ the power of SDS/2 to its fullest.
This conference provides an opportunity for users to offer their input on new developments in SDS/2. Whether suggesting ways to implement new tools or exploring the latest in connection design, members of the Users Group play a large role in the continual improvement of SDS/2.
You’ll also see the Users Group’s influence on new features in web demonstrations and meet them on the user forums. The new features and functionality of SDS/2, developed by Design Data in partnership with the Users Group, will keep you on the cutting edge today and well into the future.
